Sweezey Lake Fireworks Night

A cherished tradition on the lake, our annual fireworks show is a highlight of the summer—bringing friends, families, and neighbors together for a night of celebration under the stars.

Immediately following the Ice Cream Social at Strickler Park, grab your friends and a cooler of drinks and meet out in the middle of the lake for a spectacular fireworks display!

This wouldn’t be possible without the dedication of Dave Obee, whose ongoing commitment, time, and coordination make it all happen. From planning to setup and safety, Dave’s behind-the-scenes work ensures we all enjoy a safe and unforgettable show.

To keep this tradition alive and growing, we welcome donations from lake residents and friends. Every contribution helps cover the cost of the fireworks and supports future events that bring our community together.
